Using in-house resources or working though local partners, CET provides site survey, installation and on-going equipment maintenance services to support its customers. We can also help in obtaining operating licences, again through local contacts who know their way around the local rules and regulations and are able to complete any applications needed in the local language.
Currently these services are available in-country in over 100 territories. Where in-country support is not available it will be provided from the nearest location where there are trained staff. This will usually be from a territory close by, possibly with a common language and almost certainly from somewhere where a visa, with all the delays inherent in the application and issuing of one, will not be required.
If there is a problem at the customer site CET’s Network Operations Centre is ready to help on a 7/24 basis.
In many cases, through our on-line monitoring systems, the technician at the NOC, will be alerted to a potential problem before the customer is aware that anything is wrong.
